The ventilation in this project is done by roof chimneys which are used for the exhaust of dirty air. For the majority of pig farms, ventilation chimneys are a good way of making sure no cold air is dropping directly onto the animals. Ventilation chimneys can use recirculation elements to take in warm air from inside the house and mix it with the fresh air, thus preheating the mixture of air.
